These terms apply to furnace service booked through this website.

Diagnostic / service-call fee

Every furnace service call includes a $120 diagnostic/service-call fee for diagnosis and assessment. This fee applies even if we determine that the furnace cannot be repaired. The diagnostic visit is not free.

Credit toward your repair

If you approve and proceed with the repair, $99 of the $120 diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair.

Our promise

If we don’t fix it, you don’t pay for the repair. The standard $120 diagnostic/service-call fee still applies for the diagnosis and assessment.

Parts, materials and other services

Parts, materials and any other services you authorize are additional where applicable.
