Smell gas? Get out first, then call us.
- Get everyone out of the building right away. Don’t use light switches, phones or anything that could make a spark inside.
- Once you’re outside and at a safe distance, call us at 416-908-6993. We find and repair gas leaks.
- If you can’t reach us, call your gas utility’s emergency line (Enbridge Gas in the GTA) or 911.
- If a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, leave the building and call 911.
- Don’t try to repair gas lines or gas appliances yourself.

Yes, once you’re out. Get everyone out of the building right away, then call us from outside at 416-908-6993. Don’t use the form. If you can’t reach us, call Enbridge Gas’s emergency line or 911.
Enbridge Gas shut off or tagged my appliance. What now?
Call us and have the notice they left handy. We’ll inspect the appliance or gas line and explain the repair and its cost before any work. Certified Mechanical is an independent contractor and is not affiliated with Enbridge Gas.
Can you run a gas line to my BBQ?
Yes. We install natural gas lines for barbecues, finished with a shut-off valve and a quick-connect fitting.
Do you hook up gas fireplaces?
Yes. We connect gas lines for gas fireplaces.
